1 Our call taking team are on hand, day and night, to process your call promptly and efficiently.
Over the years we've found our customers prefer to talk to real people. That's why, when you ring EastCoast, your call
will not be passed to an impersonal automated service.
Why not ask for 'RingBack' when you call and a return call will be generated, at the push of a button, from the vehicle allocated to your booking. A call will be activated on your telephone when your taxi is approaching.
Should you require any particular assistance, do not hesitate to mention this when placing your booking.

2 Once your details are processed,
our Dispatch Team ensure that your
order is sent via our secure datalink system directly to the data display
in the closest available vehicle to your pick up point.
We have invested in data channels which, unlike 'voice' channels, cannot
be intercepted by third parties
thereby ensuring that any personal information will remain secure at
all times.
3 The whereabouts of all our vehicles
are monitored constantly by the
latest GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) technology, displayed instantly on screens throughout our booking and dispatch suite. |

4 The system allocates your order to the nearest vehicle, depending on your requirements. On receiving your pick up details the driver will find your location using the mapping technology available on the vehicle's datahead. |

5 Once dispatched, your taxi will be with you as soon as possible. If 'RingBack' was requested, you will receive 2-3 'rings' on your phone to let you know that your taxi is expected to arrive within one minute.
