The Port of Tyne International Passenger Terminal We operate the taxi concession at the Port of Tyne International Ferry Terminal at Royal Quays, North Shields. We have been operating the taxi concession now for over a year and, during this time, we have gained experience in its operation and have the knowledge to meet the needs of incoming passengers. We have had excellent feedback from both customers and Terminal staff, commenting on the courtesy of both our Taxi Marshals and drivers, our prices (we are cheaper than other transport into the city and elsewhere); and how much of an improvement we have shown compared to the old service provided by the black cabs.
