Our Taxi Booking Point is manned by a Taxi Ambassador for two hours every time a ship arrives at the Terminal. If there is no Taxi Ambassador present please use the freephone which is normally available at the Taxi Booking Point.

When booking a taxi from this location please tell the telephonist that you are at the International Ferry Terminal at Royal Quays.
We offer a set fare direct to Newcastle City Centre at £11.50 (18 Euros) for a 4 seater taxi, and to Newcastle Airport direct for approximately £18.00 (27 Euros). Prices for all major destinations in the United Kingdom and a summary of charges can be found in our brochure available from the information stand at the Terminal.
If you are visiting Newcastle don't forget to enquire about a return journey as using taxis in the City Centre can be an expensive business, always book an EastCoast Taxi from a local landmark to get you back to the ship on time.
